Software confidence, with a clear scope

This is software workflow training. Completing the course does not grant an operational role, establish firearms competency or regulatory approval, or replace your organisation's authorised procedures.

The public demonstration uses synthetic records. Practice progress stays in that browser. Saved learning and a real named completion record require the organisation's training account. Agree the intended learners, learning time and required supervision before rollout.

Before you plan training

What does FireTrack Academy teach?

The English course teaches the FireTrack software workflow: workspace roles, registers, credentials, issues, returns, ammunition, stock counts, vehicles, incidents, maintenance, documents and administration. Review the module objectives below against the tasks your team performs.

What is required for a course completion record?

The course contains 12 modules and 48 lessons. Learners acknowledge all lessons and pass every module test. Each test has 10 questions and a 70% pass mark. A real named completion record belongs to the learner's organisation training account; practice in the public demo is not a completion record.

Can we explore training before arranging learner access?

Yes. The public training demo uses synthetic examples and keeps practice progress in that browser. Use it to review the lesson and test experience. Operational staff can enter Training from their workspace; course-only learners need an invitation from their organisation. Agree access, learning time and rollout with the team.

Is the completion certificate a firearms qualification?

This is software workflow training. Completing the course does not grant an operational role, establish firearms competency or regulatory approval, or replace your organisation's authorised procedures.

Bring your team's learning brief

Choose the roles and software tasks you want to practise. Confirm learner access and the operational procedures that remain your organisation's responsibility.
