Can I use the demo without an account?

Yes. Add a site, schedule a shift, report an incident, submit evidence and create an appointment. The public demo uses fictional sample records and stores your Command changes in this browser. Reset it whenever you want. FireTrack and Waypoint have their own public demo scenarios.

Does each customer get a separate organisation?

Yes. Platform administrators can create a new Command customer or trial organisation. Command, FireTrack and Waypoint are provisioned together, with a named administrator and an activation invitation when needed.

Does Command automatically certify tender compliance?

Your team enters the applicable clauses and decides what evidence meets each requirement. Command tracks owners, deadlines, submissions and acceptance. Procurement decisions and certifications remain with the buyer and qualified reviewers.

How does offline capture work?

While the workspace is open, Command can queue record changes on the device when the network drops. Reconnect and sync to save them to the organisation. File uploads require a connection. Observation and receipt times stay separate.
