Solo Launch is a managed setup service from StartMadeSimple Ltd for independent UK businesses. Contact herman@startsimple.cc with questions before paying. These offer-specific terms govern the Solo Launch setup; our general terms apply where consistent with this agreed scope.
1. What £499 includes
- One responsive website using an existing Solo template, for one business and one location.
- Up to ten services, agreed basic availability and a working booking link.
- Basic migration of agreed service names, prices, opening hours and public business content.
- One revision, a 30-minute handover and the first 30 days of Solo software from activation.
£499 is the total starting-package payment shown at checkout. Existing supported Solo hosting is included during the software period. A new domain purchase is not included; connecting an existing domain depends on access and compatibility.
2. What needs a separate check
Historic or future appointment imports, customer databases, large exports, multiple locations, complex staff arrangements, custom designs and custom software are not included automatically. We inspect and agree any additional migration before accepting it. Payment-provider activation and deposits depend on provider eligibility and account approval.
Hardware, SMS, card-processing charges, external domains, ongoing agency edits and unrelated VCMP products are not included. Additional work or charges require your agreement first. We do not guarantee bookings, income or search rankings.
3. Preview and scope before payment
Requesting a preview is free and does not create an order. We check fit, show your preview and record the agreed scope. Only then do we send a private Stripe payment link. Review that scope and these terms before paying. Payment is for the managed setup service, not automatic activation of a Solo account.
4. Activation and ongoing software
We arrange Solo onboarding with you. Your included 30 days start at the agreed activation date. Before handover, we check the included period and the next billing date. The ongoing Solo subscription is £37/month after the included period, agreed separately through Solo checkout. Do not start an ordinary trial independently expecting it to implement this package's included period.
The £499 setup payment does not itself authorise recurring payments. Continuing software access requires the separate Solo subscription and its terms. It is not a perpetual or lifetime licence. A two-year prepaid package is not currently available for purchase.
5. Delivery
We target two working days after payment, complete inputs, required access and the final scope are available. We confirm the delivery date with you. Delays in your materials, domain access, provider approval or agreed scope changes can change that date.
You supply accurate service details and materials you have permission to use. Do not send payment-card data or customer databases in the enquiry form. We check the agreed booking flow and hand over the setup with you.
6. Cancellation or a delivery problem
You can cancel before setup work starts for a full refund of the £499 setup payment. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will offer an agreed alternative or refund the setup fee. Contact us promptly if something is wrong so we can resolve it. These terms do not restrict applicable statutory rights.
Cancelling the separate Solo subscription affects future software access and billing under its own terms. It does not automatically request a setup refund.
7. Your enquiry and order details
We use the business and contact information you provide to assess your request, send your preview and payment link, deliver the agreed service and support the order. Enquiry information is held in our existing messaging system for up to 90 days. Stripe processes payment information. Read our privacy policy; contact us with any privacy or deletion request.
