What you purchase
The October 2026 edition of each professional course includes eight modules, 24 written lessons, practice exercises, flashcards, a printable workbook, module checks, a final assessment and a practical project. Course materials are available in English, Arabic, Spanish, French and Portuguese. A modern browser and internet access are required. Spark has its own purchase and access terms.
Price and access
Each course costs £9 GBP or $12 USD. The two-course bundle costs £15 GBP or $19 USD. The checkout shows the total, including applicable taxes, before payment; your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Payments are one-time with no recurring subscription. Access starts after payment confirmation and continues for the purchased edition while the Academy service operates. Lifetime service availability is not promised. New courses are separate purchases.
Refunds and access problems
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase using your purchase email and course name, even if you requested immediate access. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected. Refunded or disputed purchases lose access and associated certificate verification. If access fails after payment, contact support so we can correct the problem or arrange a refund.
Assessment and certificates
Complete every lesson, pass all eight four-question module checks at 75% or above, submit the four project decisions and pass the final 20-question knowledge assessment at 80% or above. You can review and retry, subject to reasonable attempt limits. The learner-authored project is checked for completion, not marked by a human tutor. The final assessment is automatically scored. VCMP issues an independent certificate of completion that records the name supplied, course, edition, date and passing score. It is not an accredited qualification, identity-verified award or Google, OpenAI or LinkedIn certification, and does not guarantee employment, income, rankings or business results.
Responsible use
Course access and downloaded workbooks are for personal learning. Do not resell or republish materials or assessment questions, or share sign-in codes. Use fictional information or websites you are authorised to change; do not submit customer data, credentials or confidential material. These professional courses are intended for adults. Younger learners should follow Spark’s age guidance with an adult. Issued certificates preserve the name recorded at completion; contact support for corrections.
Changes and support
VCMP Academy is operated by StartMadeSimple Ltd. Contact info@startsimple.cc for payment, access, accessibility, refunds, privacy or content corrections. We may update interface guidance or correct errors without changing the purchased edition’s scope. Official source links and free vendor training are available; our fee covers VCMP’s original teaching, practice, account and assessment experience. If the service is discontinued, we will explain access and any required remedy to affected learners.
