Compare the same team and the same billing period
Some plans charge for every bookable person; others include an allowance. Solo’s UK subscription is £37 a month including VAT, with £0 per additional staff member. Enter the other plan’s quoted price and allowance. If its price is per person from the first calendar, set the included allowance to 0 and the base charge to 0.

How the comparison works
Other monthly total = base price + extra people × per-person price + the other monthly costs you enter. Extra people = team size minus the included allowance, with a minimum of zero. Solo monthly total = £37 + the additional Solo costs you enter.
For an illustrative plan with a £20 base price, one included person and £10 per extra person, four people cost £50 per month before any other charges. Solo’s £37 subscription is £13 lower in that example. These are invented inputs to explain the calculation, not a competitor quote or a promise of savings.
A lower subscription is useful only if the software supports your work. Check payment processing, booking deposits, messages, hardware, integrations, billing commitments and data transfer separately. Annual differences are projections from your inputs, not a forecast of business results.
