TrueLink checks control of a business domain and compares a submitted URL with the destinations its controller has published. It compares the full address, including the path, query and fragment. It does not visit the link or scan its content.
Is a match a guarantee that a link is safe?
No. A match means the exact destination appears in the published record. A mismatch means it is not listed, which is not proof of fraud. TrueLink does not independently verify social account ownership or legal business identity.
Do I need to connect my social accounts?
No social passwords or private messages are needed. Add your public destinations, prove control of your domain and share your record as an ordinary link.
What do I need to get started?
You need a business domain and access to its DNS records. Sign in by email, create your record and verify the domain. The £19 monthly subscription starts at Stripe checkout. There is no card charge just to create your draft or check the domain.
Can I change my links or cancel?
Yes. Editing creates a new revision and takes the record offline until you publish it again. You can unpublish at any time and manage or cancel the subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
What happens when the domain check expires?
Domain evidence lasts seven days. Public access pauses when it expires, when you unpublish, or when the paid subscription is no longer active. Recheck domain control and publish again to restore access.
