Give us access to your Instagram business account

Assign your professional Instagram account through Meta Business Suite, using an invitation to our team.

Keep your password to yourself. Use the platform's invitation or permission settings. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Before you start

Permission to choose

Basic or partial access, with Content and Insights

Ask us for our verified Meta invitation email. Use the details shown by our team, rather than guessing from a contact email.

Ask us for the exact invitation details before adding anyone.

Open Meta Business Suite Settings and select your business portfolio.
If your account is missing, open Accounts → Instagram accounts → Add. Sign in to Instagram yourself on Meta's website and complete any security prompts.
Open People → Invite people and enter our verified invitation email. Choose basic or partial access.
Select your Instagram account and assign Content and Insights, then send the invitation and ask us to check it below.

The request button opens an email to the team. We will confirm the next step with you.

Adding Instagram to a portfolio and linking it to a Facebook Page are separate steps. If you want a combined Facebook and Instagram workflow, we can help link the correct Page.
A personal account may need to become a professional account first. If these menus are missing, ask us for help instead of sharing your login.

Remove our access anytime

In Meta Business Suite Settings, open People and select the invited team member.
Remove their assigned Instagram access. Let us know in Messages so we stop planned publishing.
