Prices exclude applicable taxes. Stripe shows your total before payment. One original concept adapted to several profiles counts as one post. Short videos use supplied footage and assets. Filming, paid ads, ad spend, daily community management and extra work are quoted separately. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Future renewals can be cancelled in your hub.

Is this software or a managed service?
Both work together. Our team creates your content and manages agreed publishing. Your Marketing Hub keeps profiles, approvals, media, messages and reports in one place. You are buying a content service, not a promise of followers or sales.
Which platforms can I use?
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Choose the number of profiles included in your package. TikTok needs video; choose a package with short video edits or agree a separate video brief. LinkedIn personal profiles need a publishing method agreed with their owner.
How are my accounts connected?
Add your official profile links in the hub. We guide you through each platform's own partner or page permissions and confirm when publishing access is ready. Adding a link alone does not authorise publishing. Do not send us your social passwords.
Will you post without my approval?
No. You approve the finished content in your workspace before it can be scheduled by the team. Changes to approved content reset approval. Once published, the team records the live links for the selected profiles.
Do you support Arabic and overseas businesses?
Yes. You can request English, Arabic or both in your brand brief. We agree the audience, region and tone, show Arabic content with right to left text, and plan in your business time zone. Subscriptions are available in GBP and USD.
What results can you guarantee?
We commit to the agreed content and workflow. Reach, engagement, enquiries and sales depend on your offer, audience, platform and market. Reports show supplied platform figures with their source and capture date; they do not invent results.
How does cancellation work?
Plans renew monthly. Cancel future renewals from Billing before the next renewal date. Your paid period continues to its end. Work already produced and delivered is not automatically refundable. Contact the team about an issue so it can be reviewed.
Can you set up my organisation for me?
Yes. Herman and Natalie can create your Marketing Hub organisation manually and invite you in. It appears in your VCMP organisation dropdown. Manual setup does not start a Stripe charge; the team agrees your package and billing first.
