VCMP Amplio is a managed social content service provided by StartMadeSimple Ltd to business customers. These service details supplement the VCMP terms. Your written corporate or manual package agreement can specify additional scope.
What your package includes
Show up: £99 or $139 per month, 12 original content pieces adapted to up to two social profiles, two revision rounds per monthly batch. Stand out: £249 or $339 per month, 20 original pieces across up to four profiles, including two short video edits, two revision rounds. Make an impact: £499 or $679 per month, 30 original pieces across up to six profiles, including four short video edits, three revision rounds. Video edits form part of the post allowance. Monthly allowances do not roll over.
Every package includes a private Marketing Hub, brand brief, branded graphics and captions, client review, agreed managed publishing and a monthly report. A single original concept adapted to multiple profiles counts as one content piece. English and Arabic can be requested in your brief. Profiles are individual pages or accounts, so two pages on the same platform use two profile slots.
What we need from you
Provide a complete brand brief, correct business details, licensed media and an agreed publishing method. Short video edits use footage and assets you supply; filming is separate. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of business claims, promotions and supplied material. Do not share account passwords through the hub.
Review and publishing
Posts require your approval before the team can schedule them. Changes to approved content reset approval. Planned times are team publishing targets, not an automated publishing promise. Platform restrictions, unavailable access, outages and delayed approvals can change delivery dates. Publication is recorded with actual live post links. We aim to prepare the first batch within five working days after payment, a complete brief and agreed access are ready.
Billing and cancellation
Online packages renew monthly in the currency you select at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes; Stripe calculates and shows the final total before payment using your billing location. Account creation and manual organisation setup do not themselves start a charge. Paid service begins after verified payment or an agreed manual package is activated. Cancel future online renewals through Billing before your renewal date. Service continues through the current paid period. Already produced or delivered work is not automatically refundable; contact the team to review a service or payment issue. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Extra work and larger organisations
Advertising spend, ad management, filming, daily community management, prospect messaging, influencer work, extra profiles and additional content are outside these standard packages unless agreed separately. Corporate customers agree the number of brands, profiles, reviewers, content pieces and service terms with the team. The online packages do not imply unlimited enterprise capacity.
Results and reporting
We deliver the agreed content and workflow. We do not guarantee follower numbers, impressions, leads, sales or a viral post. Reports use platform figures supplied and entered by the team with a source and capture date. Platform totals can overlap. You retain ownership of your social accounts and your supplied material; use of creative work and any licensed third party assets remains subject to the applicable licences.
