Your Marketing Hub, and your data.

This notice explains how StartMadeSimple Ltd uses information for VCMP Amplio. Read it alongside the VCMP privacy notice.

Information in your workspace

We use your name, business email, country, organisation membership, brand brief, profile links, media, content, approvals, comments and service reports to deliver and administer your marketing service. Your workspace is accessible to authorised organisation members and the Amplio service team, including Herman and Natalie.

Social accounts and passwords

Profile links identify the accounts you ask us to work on. They do not create an automatic OAuth connection. Publishing access is granted through the social platform's own permissions or another method agreed with its owner. Do not send social passwords, recovery codes or payment details through this workspace. You can ask us to revoke publishing access and should remove permissions on the platform too.

Payments and providers

Stripe processes card details and subscriptions. VCMP stores billing references and service status, not your full card number. VCMP uses its existing hosting, database, email and private media storage infrastructure. Social platforms process content when it is published. AI tools may assist the team's creative production; your brief and approved use of supplied material guide that work.

Access and retention

Your service records are scoped to your Marketing Hub organisation. Media uses private, time limited access links. Service activity and approval events are recorded for accountability. Request account closure, a copy of your information or deletion through the team. We retain information while needed to provide the service and satisfy relevant accounting, dispute and record keeping obligations.

Your choices

Only share material you have permission to provide. Keep sensitive customer information out of briefs and media unless its use has been expressly agreed. Contact herman@startsimple.cc about access, correction, deletion, privacy questions or provider details.
