VCMP Amplio · Workflow note
Build a clear social content approval workflow with VCMP Amplio
Prepare a useful brand brief, review planned posts and keep publishing permissions clear in a managed social marketing service.
Turn the brand brief into a reviewable content plan
Amplio is a managed social marketing service with a private Marketing Hub for brand briefs, content approvals, publishing and sourced monthly reports. It covers Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. A useful first brief explains the audience, the offer, the tone and who can approve a post.
Prepare current profile links and the materials the team is allowed to use. English and Arabic campaign briefs can help communicate requirements, but agree the language and audience of the actual content as part of the plan. Package scope and profile limits are listed on the product page.
Separate approval from account permission
In the Hub, clients can review the content calendar and post previews, approve a post or request changes. The team creates, uploads and publishes approved content using confirmed permissions, then records the final live links. Adding a profile URL to a brief does not connect that social account or grant publishing access.
Use the demo to agree who reviews content and how changes are requested. Confirm paid advertising, filming and community management separately if they are needed. When reading a monthly report, distinguish the recorded work and sourced platform figures from goals that have not yet been achieved.
Your evaluation checklist
- Name the audience, offer, preferred language and approval owner in the brief.
- Confirm which profiles and content volume are included in the chosen package.
- Try approving a preview and requesting a specific change in the demo.
- Agree publishing permissions and how live links and monthly results will be reviewed.
