Information used for your review

We collect your name, business email, business name, website, trade, service area, review concerns and the facts you choose to confirm. We keep your scope acceptance, audit evidence, report versions and payment/email status records to handle your request and deliver the agreed service.

Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive information about customers or staff in the request or business facts.

Where the information goes

The public customer pages are on VCMP. Request and audit records are held in our AnswerProof workspace, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend handles transactional emails. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payments; AnswerProof does not receive your card number. We record payment references and verified status.

AI checks use the surfaces agreed in your scope. We identify the information that needs to be checked before conducting the audit. Submitting this form does not automatically send your details to an AI model.

Private links and access

Customer request and report links are private bearer links: anyone with a link may access the corresponding request or report. Keep them private. Opening a link sets an essential browser cookie to maintain access without a customer account. Contact us if a link needs to be disabled. The operator workspace requires a separate authorised sign-in.

Email and record keeping

Submitting a request allows us to email you about that request, its scope, payment and report. It does not subscribe you to marketing. We keep records needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil the service and maintain appropriate business records.
