Choose how SOLO POS fits.
A dedicated POS product.
For businesses looking for a focused point-of-sale system to support the counter and daily operations.
A wider set of business tools.
For businesses that also want Solo’s website, bookings and customer-management tools. We’ll explain the available setup and how the products fit your needs.
A first rollout.
A much bigger ambition.
Our first rollout focuses on coffee shops. The wider roadmap brings SOLO POS to more of the industries served by Solo.
Tell us your business type and we’ll confirm the right rollout stage.
Before you start.
Do I need Solo to use SOLO POS?
SOLO POS is being offered as a standalone product. You can also speak to us about using it alongside Solo for your website, bookings and business tools.
Is it only for coffee shops?
Coffee shops are the first rollout. SOLO POS is being developed for more businesses across the Solo family, including retail, restaurants, salons and barbers. We’ll confirm availability for your industry.
How do card payments work?
In the initial workflow, card payments are approved on a separate payment terminal and then recorded in SOLO POS. The terminal processes the payment.
What hardware should I use?
Please speak to us before purchasing a tablet or printer. We’ll confirm the supported setup and any separate hardware or payment-provider charges for your rollout.
Does it work offline?
Plan for an internet connection for the initial rollout. We’ll confirm any future offline capability once it is available for your setup.
When can I start, and what will it cost?
Enquire about the launch and tell us your business type. We’ll confirm availability and the software, hardware and payment costs before you commit.
