What does VCMP My Venue include?
My Venue brings together the tools for your venue’s screen experience: content creation, venue video, images to video, promotions, a media library, playlists and cloud publishing. Encore adds venue enquiries, bookings, the diary and team handovers. Choose screens, Encore or both, with the scope and pricing agreed in your quote.
What is VCMP Encore?
Encore is the venue booking system within VCMP My Venue. It brings the enquiry, booking diary, guest details and team handover into one workspace for bars, restaurants, activity venues and private-hire spaces.
Is My Venue still for screens?
Yes. Screen management remains a core part of My Venue, including venue content, the media library, playlists and cloud publishing. Encore sits alongside it as the booking system. You can use screens, Encore or both; each service is priced separately.
What does the £650 offer cover?
The limited-time introductory price starts at £650 per year, per site for VCMP Encore, billed annually. We confirm the agreed feature scope, VAT treatment, onboarding, integrations and any migration costs in your written quote. Renewal terms are confirmed before you commit.
Can we keep our existing website?
Yes. We review where your Book now and Enquire buttons should lead and agree the right branded booking or enquiry journey. We scope and test the integration with you before switching it on.
Can you help us move from our current system?
We start with your future bookings, guest records, notes and any outstanding deposits or voucher balances. We agree what can be imported, check a sample and reconcile the agreed data before setting a switch date.
What about deposits, payments and messages?
We review the payment and communication requirements for your venue during setup. Provider connections, email or SMS delivery, charges and availability are confirmed and tested as part of the agreed deployment scope.
