The free trial includes 25 documents. Paid plans start when you choose and complete Stripe checkout. One accepted document uses one credit, with a 3 MB file limit and up to 10 PDF pages. Failed extractions do not use a credit. Prices are in GBP, with any applicable tax shown at checkout.

What can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG, Word (.docx), TXT, CSV, JSON and Markdown files. Files can be up to 3 MB. PDFs can have up to ten pages; text and Word documents can contain up to 50,000 characters. Use a clear scan for the best result.
Do I need to write prompts or set up templates?
No. Pick invoices, receipts, contracts or general documents. If you need specific information, type the field names you want. Unfold reads the layout and returns the fields with source excerpts.
Can I check and correct the result?
Yes. The review workspace shows the original upload beside its extracted fields. You can edit values, inspect source excerpts and mark the document reviewed. AI can make mistakes, so checking the result matters.
What happens to my documents?
Your original upload is processed in memory and is not saved by VCMP. Extraction uses OpenAI, with response storage disabled. Provider security retention may still apply. Extracted results remain in your private workspace for up to 30 days, and you can delete them sooner. Read the Unfold privacy notice for details.
Will Unfold change my bookings, stock or customer records?
Unfold works in its own document workspace. It gives you reviewed exports to use in your next step. It does not automatically write into your other business systems.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Processing pauses. We do not charge automatic overages. You can review and export retained documents. Paid allowances reset each calendar month. Manage future subscription renewal through your Stripe billing portal.
