Requesting a pilot

AnswerProof is a service for businesses. You must own the business or be authorised to request a review. Submitting a request is free and does not order a paid audit, run an automated scan or create a subscription.

Agreeing the work

We confirm the questions, named AI surfaces and access methods, deliverables, final total and delivery/cancellation/refund terms in a written scope. Review and accept that scope before payment. The founding audit is £149 once for one business location. Any applicable tax is included in the agreed final total.

The paid audit’s 14-day period starts after payment is verified and the required confirmed business facts are received. A free snapshot has no payment step; its delivery timing is agreed in its scope.

Evidence and limitations

Answers are observations of the named surfaces at recorded times. Different models, locations, accounts and times can produce different answers. An API response is not proof of what a consumer app displayed. You supply and confirm business facts; an operator reviews the report before release.

We may suggest up to five actions. Publishing a change requires your separate agreement. We do not guarantee rankings, recommendations, corrected answers, leads or sales. A recheck does not prove what caused an answer to change.

Cancellation and delivery problems

Your scope sets out the cancellation and refund terms before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask us to clarify it before accepting. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will contact you to agree the next step or a refund for undelivered work.

What happens after the pilot

Ongoing monitoring is optional and requires a separate agreement. There is no automatic renewal or subscription from this request or audit.
