Choose a venue. Try a task. See how the work connects.

Encore showcase

Every visit. Every venue. One clear next step.

Explore five venue types through the same simple workflow. Try the controls, change a visit and see how the work stays connected.

Practice session

Fictional guests. Changes stay in this browser session and never send messages, take payments or change saved bookings.

Welcome a returning guest, find a suitable table and keep arrivals paced.

Migration

Switch with confidence

Try a fictional CSV. Map the columns, check allocations and review the result. This practice view cannot save reservations.

A clear path to go live

  1. 1Export your existing records
  2. 2Map and validate a small batch
  3. 3Reconcile counts and allocation
  4. 4Pilot one venue before rollout

This importer saves future staff reservations to the bounded demo store. Commercial tenant onboarding, historical records and payment reconciliation need a separate migration plan.

1. Prepare your CSV

Use up to 25 future reservations. Activities use dining, sports, pool, darts, karaoke, shuffleboard, wedding or party. Separate table numbers with semicolons.

Migration safeguards

The server checks the full batch again under the allocation lock. A conflicting row prevents the entire batch from saving. Batch IDs and source references prevent duplicate imports.

Before a commercial switch, reconcile future bookings, active holds, guest identity, consent evidence, deposits, vouchers and cutover timing with the source system.

One venue to a group

Move from service to estate reporting without changing the booking workflow.

Migration without guesswork

Map, rehearse and validate a small reservation batch before saving.

Solo POS and venue screens

Itemised POS handoffs and existing My Venue screen tools keep the wider workflow visible. Automatic POS settlement remains pending connection.
