Does Revive send follow-ups automatically?
Revive prepares drafts for the business to review and send through its own channel. Customer responses, expiry and opt-outs pause the workflow. Replies received elsewhere should be manually paused in Revive.
Can Revive import an existing PDF quote?
Yes, PDFs up to 3 MB and pasted quote text can be processed with OpenAI into a draft. The business reviews the customer, total, scope and terms before sharing.
