Review a quote before following up with Revive by VCMP
Check an AI-assisted quote draft, give customers a clear response route and review follow-up messages before sending them.
Check the imported draft against the source quote
Revive turns a PDF or pasted quote text into a draft for review. Before sharing, compare the customer, total, scope and terms with the source. An AI-assisted import saves retyping only when the person responsible for the quote still checks what the customer will see.
The customer page provides a downloadable PDF and controls for questions, change requests, acceptance and decline. Customer controls can be shown in English or Arabic; the workspace is English, and the quote content is not automatically translated. Check both the content and the response route with a realistic example.
Keep the follow-up tied to the customer's response
Revive prepares follow-up drafts for the business to review and send through its own channel. The workflow pauses for recorded responses, expiry or opt-out. If a customer replies outside Revive, record that response and pause follow-up manually so the next message fits what has actually happened.
Quote acceptance and verified payment are separate events. Stripe deposits require a verified connected account and applicable processing fees. Evaluate how your team confirms a response and payment, rather than treating an accepted quote as money received. Revive does not invent discounts or send follow-ups without business action.
Your evaluation checklist
- Compare the imported customer, total, scope and terms with the original quote.
- Try a customer question or change request before testing acceptance.
- Review a follow-up draft and decide which business channel will send it.
- Check how an external reply pauses follow-up and how payment is confirmed separately.
