Evaluation 1 of 5
Prepare a property listing for display
A property display is useful only when its identity, price and status match the current agency record.
- Prepare
- Prepare a fictional property with a reference, images, price and availability status. Nominate the source the branch treats as authoritative.
- Check
- Review the property content in the Estate demonstration and compare every displayed detail with that source.
- Read the result
- Confirm how listing data enters the system. Do not assume an automatic CRM or portal connection without demonstrating it.
Evaluation 2 of 5
Turn property images into a useful video
Property video should help a viewer understand the space while keeping the factual claims tied to the listing.
- Prepare
- Choose approved fictional images, a short room sequence and factual captions. Remove personal items and information from the example.
- Check
- Review the Estate video workflow, image order and captions, then inspect the format intended for the branch screen or social channel.
- Read the result
- Image rights, property details and any visual enhancements need review. Confirm supported video formats and production scope.
Evaluation 3 of 5
Keep price and status changes consistent
A price reduction or agreed sale needs to be reflected wherever that listing appears.
- Prepare
- Prepare a fictional listing with an old price and two branch placements, then record the new approved status.
- Check
- Follow the supported update process and compare each display or content output with the revised property record.
- Read the result
- A successful edit in one place does not prove every destination changed. Agree the branch's review process and any integration limits.
Evaluation 4 of 5
Capture enquiries with property context
An enquiry is easier to follow up when the agency can identify which property and contact route prompted it.
- Prepare
- Choose a fictional listing and a sample enquiry containing only the contact details needed for a response.
- Check
- Review the enquiry capture route and check how staff identify the property, customer request and next responsible person.
- Read the result
- Confirm the handoff into your existing agency process. Estate is not presented as a replacement for a full property-management or conveyancing system.
Evaluation 5 of 5
Pilot one branch before expanding
A small branch pilot can expose display, content and handover questions before a larger rollout.
- Prepare
- Select one fictional branch, two representative properties and the screens or channels it wants to use.
- Check
- Review content preparation, display quality, enquiry handling and update responsibility with the people who will run the workflow.
- Read the result
- Agree data inputs, installation, support and expansion scope. Scale the proven workflow after the pilot has answered those questions.
