VCMP Estate · Workflow note

Follow one property from source clips to a branch enquiry in VCMP Estate

Use a representative listing to review the video, branch-display and enquiry handoffs without treating a request as a confirmed valuation or viewing.

Build a reviewable property story

Choose one representative property and prepare the source clips, approved facts, images, logo and branch details. Estate's Video Studio orders uploaded clips and adds property facts and branding; Smart Extract can suggest moments for a draft display loop. Compare every suggested or generated item with the approved listing before downloading a video or adding it to the content library.

Create a playlist for one branch display and check the device assignment, schedule and physical screen. Keep the source listing, approved content and published version connected so a price or status change has an owner. A property film supports marketing; it does not replace the agency's property-management, conveyancing or compliance systems.

Test each enquiry as a request for follow-up

Estate provides distinct capture routes for prospective sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords. Submit fictional examples through the relevant route and confirm that the Lead Inbox preserves the useful origin details and gives the team a clear status to manage. A valuation or viewing request starts a conversation; it is not an instant valuation or a confirmed appointment.

Agree who reviews new requests, how quickly they respond and when a status moves from New to Contacted, Qualified or Closed. If existing agency software must supply property data or receive enquiries, demonstrate that connection with a sample before rollout. Confirm the quoted modules, display suitability, installation and branch coverage rather than assuming every package includes every Estate tool.

Your evaluation checklist

  1. Prepare one property's approved clips, facts, branding and branch ownership.
  2. Review the draft film and display loop before adding them to a branch playlist.
  3. Submit a fictional seller, buyer, tenant or landlord request and inspect its origin.
  4. Confirm module scope, screen installation and any agency-software handoff in writing.
