Evaluate the journey from a Solo website to a confirmed booking

Map services, availability and customer details through a practical website-to-booking evaluation before choosing Solo for your business.

Start with one service and the person who delivers it

Solo brings a business website, online bookings, customer records, quotes and invoices into one workspace. A useful evaluation starts with a representative service: record its price and duration, assign the relevant provider and set realistic availability before looking at the public booking journey.

Open the mobile-friendly website as a customer and follow the route from the service description to an available time. Check the wording, images and business details that a customer sees, then confirm how the resulting booking appears in the calendar and customer record. This tests the connection between the public website and the working diary rather than treating them as separate features.

Keep the product boundaries and setup choices clear

Solo is the business workspace; BookSolo is the public discovery marketplace, and SOLO POS handles counter sales. Decide whether you need any of those separate jobs and confirm the connection rather than assuming one subscription enables every part of the product family.

Before starting, confirm country support, the plan, service and staff setup, and any POS add-on. If quotes and invoices matter, follow one fictional customer from a quote to the eligible invoice workflow and check which details carry forward. Use made-up information for evaluation and agree what must be configured before the website is published.

Your evaluation checklist

  1. Set up one representative service with its price, duration, provider and availability.
  2. Follow the public website and booking route on both a phone-sized and desktop screen.
  3. Check how the booking appears in the calendar and customer record.
  4. Confirm country support, publishing, staff setup and any separate POS requirement.
