BookSolo · Workflow note
Check a BookSolo listing from business profile to booking destination
Review the public profile as a customer, verify its service and booking destinations, and keep marketplace discovery separate from the Solo workspace.
Prepare a profile a customer can understand
Gather the business name, category, location or service area, current services, approved images and the booking or enquiry destination the owner wants to publish. Review the listing terms and remove claims the business cannot support. BookSolo is a customer-facing discovery marketplace; the listed business remains responsible for its services, availability and customer communication.
Open the public profile on a phone-sized screen and follow the path a new customer sees. Check that the service wording, location context and next-step label match the destination. A complete profile can make a business easier to evaluate, but it does not guarantee marketplace position, an appointment or a particular level of demand.
Test the destination and the operational handover
Use a fictional request or controlled test where the destination permits it. Confirm whether the route shows availability, sends an enquiry or hands the customer to another booking system, and make that distinction clear before the customer commits. Check the return path and contact details when no suitable time is available.
Keep BookSolo and Solo separate in the rollout plan. BookSolo provides public discovery and profiles; Solo is the business workspace for websites, bookings and administration. Confirm current listing terms and any connection between them rather than assuming a marketplace listing includes a software subscription.
Your evaluation checklist
- Prepare current business, service, location, image and destination information.
- Review the public profile and booking route on a phone-sized screen.
- Distinguish an enquiry, displayed availability and a confirmed appointment.
- Confirm listing terms and any Solo connection as separate commercial decisions.
