Emineat by VCMP · Workflow note
Turn one Emineat search signal into a measured, reviewable change
Keep the baseline, proposed page change, deployment evidence and later complete measurement window together without claiming causation too early.
Start with a complete baseline and one decision
Choose a page and buyer question with a finalized measurement window. Keep the query, page, country, device, dates and source beside the observation, including missing access or low-volume states. Impressions, clicks, position, citations and verified enquiries answer different questions; do not collapse them into one visibility score.
Write the proposed improvement against the actual page and explain why it helps a visitor. Check existing content and internal links before adding more text. Emineat's public workflow connects evidence, prioritisation and controlled proposals, but the person approving the change should still see the exact copy, destination and expected measurement.
Preserve the release and the later comparison
Use a reviewable pull request, validate the final head, publish through the approved deployment path and record the production URL and commit. A successful build or lab score proves technical acceptance only; it does not prove indexing, ranking movement, an AI citation or a customer conversion.
Wait for a complete comparable period before assessing what followed. Retain QA and automation exclusions, note any data gaps and compare like with like. External search systems, demand and other changes can affect the result, so describe movement as observational unless the evidence supports a stronger conclusion.
Your evaluation checklist
- Record one finalized baseline with its query, page, dates, country, device and source.
- Review the exact proposed content or link change against the current public page.
- Keep final-head tests, deployment and live-response evidence with the decision.
- Compare a later complete period while preserving exclusions and reporting missing access.
