Figgi · Workflow note
Turn an unclear message into a reviewed reply with Figgi
Separate the words received from your assumptions, draft alternatives in your own voice and rehearse a possible conversation without treating it as a prediction.
Remove private details and separate fact from interpretation
Start with a message, screenshot or situation that can be safely shared after names and sensitive details are removed. For the free try, Figgi's public page says the text is sent to OpenAI to create the result and is not saved in Figgi history; copy anything you want to keep before leaving. Review the current privacy terms for any situation involving confidential information.
Use the understanding view to identify the exact words present, the missing context and the assumptions you may be adding. Keep those categories separate. The tool can suggest an interpretation and next step, but it cannot know the sender's intention or establish facts that are not in the message.
Make the reply sound like you, then rehearse alternatives
Generate a warm, clear or firm reply and edit it until the meaning and tone are yours. Check names, dates, commitments and any statement that could affect work, money, health or a relationship. Do not send directly from the first draft simply because it reads smoothly.
If a conversation may follow, rehearse one possible opening and a difficult response. Use the exercise to prepare choices and boundaries, not to predict what another person will say. Figgi helps with everyday replies and planning; it is not a professional adviser or a custom business agent.
Your evaluation checklist
- Remove names, account details and other private information before sharing text.
- Separate quoted words, missing context and your own assumptions.
- Edit a suggested reply for facts, commitments, tone and personal voice.
- Use rehearsal as preparation, not a prediction of another person's response.
