VCMP Screens · Workflow note
Plan a multi-location playlist rollout with VCMP Screens
Inventory displays, separate shared and local content, test a representative playlist and agree device, connectivity and support responsibilities.
Map the displays before organising content
VCMP Screens organises content, publishes playlists and manages a network of digital displays. Start with an inventory of each location, screen, player, connection and local owner. Record orientation and operating hours, then separate content that should be shared across the network from offers or information that vary by location.
Prepare a small set of approved assets and publish a representative playlist on the proposed device. Replace an item and inspect the physical screen, not only the management view. Assign responsibility for removing expired promotions and correcting content that is wrong.
Agree what the rollout proves
Confirm supported screens or players, connectivity, installation duties, device count and support terms before expanding beyond the pilot. An existing television may need an appropriate player. Ask what device status or playback evidence is actually available if your team needs to investigate missed content.
A publishing record is not the same as proof that a person saw the screen or that the content caused a sale. Screens is the general display-management product; My Venue focuses on hospitality content and Estate on property marketing. Choose the relevant content workflow as well as the hardware and number of displays.
