Build the branch register
Record the current system, upcoming bookings, hardware, network and local lead for each location. Identify one branch that represents the main operating model.
VCMP Encore / PLANNING GUIDE
العربيةUse a staged restaurant-group rollout: choose a pilot, reconcile future bookings, rehearse service and sign off each branch before expansion.
A successful first demonstration does not remove the work of preparing several branches. Each location may have different areas, hardware, staff and future bookings. Keep the rollout small enough to diagnose problems and give every branch an owner. The plan below is a buying and implementation worksheet for Encore, Solo POS and venue screens; it is not an automatic migration service or a promised delivery date.
Record the current system, upcoming bookings, hardware, network and local lead for each location. Identify one branch that represents the main operating model.
Write five essential tasks and the evidence needed to accept them: enquiry, booking change, run sheet, counter sale and screen update where relevant.
Agree the data export and mapping. Check a sample, compare future-booking counts and relevant balances, then resolve differences before the switch.
After the pilot, brief the next branch and repeat its critical checks. Keep support contacts, the fallback and approval responsibility clear for every launch.
Illustrative rollout: one pilot branch launches first; two more follow after staff can complete the agreed tasks and the booking handover reconciles. The number of waves and dates depend on the written scope and each branch's readiness.
Prepare a branch register, future-booking export, field mapping, named owners and acceptance scenarios. Demonstrate Encore's diary and run sheet with a sample, agree payment balances and connections, and approve a cutover and support plan before changing live operations.
